Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Limited Releases
Due to the limited nature of RICA releases, processing times may be slightly extended during launch periods. Sold-out items will not be restocked unless otherwise stated. All sales are subject to product availability.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Pre-Orders
Items marked as Pre-Order will ship according to the estimated production timeline listed on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items become available. Tracking Information Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
RICA is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery-related issues.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees before being reshipped.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.
